Getting around to use the sour cherries I picked last week.  I got the recipe here.  It’s from David Lebovitz’s “A Perfect Scoop”The only problem: now I wish I had 3x the amount in my freezer.  It may not be officially summer, but today was 100 out! Good enough for me!
